Error "class not registered" at the end of the game

I receive this error after a game (generally only when I win) and have to restart the app.
Currently running on windows 10.
The error appeared some weeks ago, may be after OS upgrade.
I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Same problem.

Multiple windows all with the same legend "class not registered".
I know this is an old app but may be we can have a fix or a clue about the problem?
