Change the date of server down - Feb 28 6:30~7:30

WBaduk server will be down on February 28 Monday morning instead of March 1 Tuesday for routine maintenance. 

Normally it is on every Tuesday; only the week is temporary changed.

Server Down Time: 6:30 ~ 7:30 a.m. (Korean Standard Time)
