- Divide into 3 continentals Asia, Oceania / America / Europe

- Preliminary league : Decide 16 players by a tournament and have four round of a swiss league to select 5 players.

- Final : Winning streak system

1. Tournament schedule

- First round : 2012.12.03(Mon) ~ 17(Mon)

- Second round : 2012.12.19(Mon) ~

- Have a day's interval and 1 game a day

2. A way of process

- Even game, 6.5 Dum(komi)

- Thinking time 20 minutes, boyomi 30 seconds 3 times

- 5 players for each continental with winning streak process

- Winner is a team which has a last player in the end

- Second winner is a team who plays with winner team in the end

3. Rearrange game schedules and notice the result

- Entry of representative is basically from 5th rank player to 1 rank player. Each team's manager should contact players to rearrange the player if there is a problem in schedule but it should be open before the first round.

- If it is necessary to rearrange the entry, the player should contact manager 1 day before the game.

- When changing the player, there is no fenalty.

- After changing the player, the price should be given to a changed player.
