What to do with cheating players?

So I played this guy who lost and didn't want to mark the dead stones correctly. Shouldn't be a big deal, BUT:
A) The "Ask Help" button doesn't work (just says no admin online)
B) The WBaduk client doesn't let me exit (says to finish the game first)
Given A and B, what exactly does WBaduk expect from users in my situation? Resigning or terminating the client (thereby losing by time) seem like the only options. Really, WBaduk?
