Bad manner player !

I played with ID aa4226(Korean) at Korean Server 1, finished at 23:14 on Feburary 10/2015 at Pacific Standard Time. He wouldn't take counting requested by myself and wasted my time by justing filling anywhere even though he lost apparently. I asked to stop but he just continued. He is very rude against opponents when he lose so that he dosen't deserve playing Baduk any more.

Please see the gibo and looking forward to punishment him.
