registration problems

Hello,

Some questions/problems:

1. If I have an account registered, is not allowed to have the seccond account with the same email?

2. I created a new account for my child (different email) but I can't log in (wbaduk say: ID or password does not match).

3. I tried to recover the password several times (both for the old and the new account), but I do not receive any email from wbaduk.

4. I sent several emails at admin@wbaduk.com but they all came back

I did something whrong? What do I have to do?
