1.    The foundation of the 1^st President National Baduk Championship

-      The 1^st President National Baduk Championship was held in Gyeonggi-do.  There were total of 56 sections to participate, more than 3000 participants.  Not only the main tournament, there were many other side-events such as commemoration matches, and signing events. 

2.    2022 Hangzhou Asian Games – Baduk is selected as the formal sport

-      Among 37 different sports, Baduk is included in the board game sports with the Chess and Chinese Chess for 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games.  Baduk was firstly selected in 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games’ sport, and it’s chosen again in 12 years.  2022 Asian Games will be held from Sep 10^th to Sep 25^th. 

3.    The National Sports Festival – Baduk has received 3600 scores

-      It has been determined that scores of 3600 has given to Baduk in the National Sports Festival.  It is assumed that the status of Baduk is getting pretty clear as a sports organization.

7.    The 14^th Korea Prime Minister Cup was held in Gangwondo
