2021 Baduk Award Ceremony was held in 3 parts, “record section”, “excellence of activity”, and “contribution part”. 

“record section” best player was awarded to “Kim-Junghoon” who has achieved the 1^st place in the national baduk league, winning the newly established title “Giryongjeon”.  For the women’s section, it was awarded to the player “Park-yewon”, the woman ranking #1. 

For the senior part, awarded to “Choi-hochul”

Elementary school part: “Ki-daehyun”

High school part: “Kum-Hyunwoo”     

Regarding the excellence of activity, it was awarded to Gangwon-do Baduk Federation.  Gangwon-do Baduk Federation successfully hosted the baduk competitions even in covid19 pandemic. 

For the “contribution part”, lots of baduk related people, full of contribution have received trophies and awards

2021 Baduk Award Ceremony was hosted by KBF, getting a support from Ministry of culture, sports and tourism, and KSPO.
